“Estimated pricing in road sector”
The main important and topical issues relating to determining the cost of road works were reviewed for scientific and practical seminar “estimated pricing in road sector”, held July 20-21, 2016 in Kharkiv.. The event was organized
SE “DerzhdorNDI” Ukravtodor with the assistance and support of CAD in Kharkiv region. It was attended by around 50 experts estimated pricing services departments of roads in areas OBLAVTODOR, contractors, research and design organizations.
The main issues discussed during the workshop:
1. Overview of recent changes in national and industry standards to determine the cost of road works.
2. New national standards for the Resource element estimated standards for construction of highways and bridges.
3. Monitoring the current market price of road-building materials.
4. Features of determining the value of design and survey works.
5. Certification of responsible persons in the construction and operation of self-regulatory organizations.
6. The procedure for developing and agreeing standards of Ukraine, estimated norms in the road sector.
7. The European practice of contractual relations in construction, drafting contracts by the standards of FIDIC.
8. Methodical bases of preparation of public investment projects.
9. Information management system estimated pricing.
Each workshop participant was able to break the problems and get comprehensive answers. For all the guests were preparing teaching materials, containing all the information and certificates of registered participants.
