3. The European practice of contractual relations in construction. Preparation of (training) contract for design and survey and construction standards FIDIC.
4. Features of determining the value of roadwork projects implemented with funds from international financial institutions.
5. Methodical bases of preparation of public investment projects.

7. The procedure for developing and agreeing standards of Ukraine (JMA) of the estimated valuation, individual Resource element estimated standards (IREKN) in road sector

9. Information management system estimated pricing in the road sector. Presentation of electronic library estimated regulatory documents.
10. The use of modern technology while monitoring current market price of road construction materials in the region. Organizational and methodological issues algorithms calculation. Experience of all stages of the investment process.
11. Practical aspects and problems that arise in check regulatory authorities.
12. Scientific and technological support for execution of road works. Practical advice on study costs of these works.
13. Methodological fundamentals justify the amount of funds to cover the risk of road works.
