Procedure of certification of products in general includes:
• Applying for certification of products prescribed form;
• Selecting a certification scheme;
• consideration of the application, the analysis presented documentation and decision on the application;
• preparation and signing of contracts;
• selection and identification of product samples for testing;
• testing;
• inspection (if provided by certification scheme);
• analysis of assessment tests;
• preparation and issue of certificates of conformity (registration refusal), the conclusion of the license agreement and certificate of conformity entry in the register of the Authority;
• technical supervision over manufacture of certified products.
Application for certification of products can submit any organization, regardless of ownership.
The certificate is not prolonged. After expiration of the certificate of conformity (for mass production) customer filed a new application for certification.
The certification body may suspend or cancel a certificate of compliance on the results of technical supervision, if:
– The availability of complaints and claims to the certified products;
– Non-customer offers certification body on the results of technical supervision;
– The lack of production of certified products for more than 6 months;
– Failure by the applicant the license agreement;
– Refusal to pay the applicant’s work on technical supervision.
